Autonomous Snowplow

Annually, GOFIRST competes in the ION Autonomous Snowplow Competition. As its name implies, teams must create an autonomous robot that clears snow in designated spaces within a set amount of time. This is a great experience for students looking into autonomous programming and working on a much larger, more durable robot. During the 2015 Autonomous Snowplow Competition, GOFIRST won the Golden Snowplow Award for best student presentation.

Currently, the team is working on building a new robot. Because of the size, meetings for the Snowplow team will not be during regular Build meetings, keep an eye out for meeting times.
